Our shipping partner, UPS, is unfortunately also facing their own set of challenges. This may add an additional delay of 3 to 5 days.

Purchases made in-store after March 1st are eligible to return in-store 14 days after our stores reopen. Online orders placed after March 1st are eligible to return in-store 30 days after our stores reopen.
